Siriuz Online - Patch Notes 11/28/2024

New Taints System: Rotten Blood

• A new Taints of Rotten Blood system has been added:
  • Each boss defeated grants a taint, which increases the drop rate and experience gained from creatures.
  • Each taint also comes with a debuff.
  • To challenge Bakragore, you must have 4 taints.
  • Bakragore can be spawned using essences from minibosses.
  • The bag dropped by Bakragore is a Bag You Covet, and it will have a different chance of containing Grand Sanguine items depending on how many miniboss essences were used when summoning Bakragore. 
    • 0 essences: 0% chance of obtaining a Grand Sanguine item from the Bag You Covet.
    • 1 essence: 10% chance of obtaining a Grand Sanguine item from the Bag You Covet.
    • 2 essences: 30% chance of obtaining a Grand Sanguine item from the Bag You Covet.
    • 3 essences: 50% chance of obtaining a Grand Sanguine item from the Bag You Covet.
    • 4 essences: 100% chance that the Bag You Covet will contain at least one Grand Sanguine item.
  • No special mechanics are needed to enter Bakragore's area—just reach the lever and you’re ready.
  • The bosses have simple mechanics; staying on the same SQM will cause you to take agony damage over time.

Soulwar Taints System Update

• Taints are now only displayed when they are actively affecting you, rather than being visible all the time.
• When in a party with members having different taint levels:
  • Buffs (such as increased exp, loot, and bag drop chance) are based on the lowest taint level in the party.
  • Debuffs (such as damage taken, extra creature spawn chance, and DPS reduction) remain individual for each player, depending on their taint level.
• The chance to obtain the Bag You Desire has been increased to 1% from bosses, with an additional 0.20% for each taint you have, up to a maximum of 2% with all 5 taints.
• Megalomania now has a 5% chance to drop a Bag. For every unsuccessful attempt, the chance increases by 1%. This counter resets to 5% when you receive a bag from this boss.
• No mechanics are needed to enter the boss rooms anymore.

Gameplay Changes

• Monsters now have a 1 in 300 chance to respawn as an Influenced version upon death.
• Added the !forge command, allowing players to access the forge from anywhere.
• Traveling between cities by boat is now free.
• Added a new respawn in Roshamuul featuring Frazzlemaw, Guzzlemaw, and Silencers.
• The Dealer NPC above the Thais depot now sells Dream Matters for 1kk.
• Fixed a bug where the experience rate was incorrectly displayed as if an experience boost was active, even when it wasn’t.
• Gazer Spectre, Bashmu, and Two-Headed Turtles have had their damage reduced.
• The !loot command now shows the real drop rate percentage for bosses and monsters.

New Loot System for Normal Creatures (Not Bosses)

• Old Loot System: Previously, the server used a x2 loot rate, meaning that players had double the chance of obtaining items. For example, killing a Demon with a 1% base chance to drop a Magic Plate Armor would have had a 2% chance with the old system.
• New Loot System:
  • The loot rate is now x1, similar to Tibia RL, but you have a 25% chance of getting extra loot—effectively like killing two creatures in one and getting loot from both.
  • This extra loot chance is stackable. If you trigger the 25% extra loot chance, that extra loot also has a 25% chance of giving yet another extra loot. This can occur up to four times, meaning that a creature can drop loot equivalent to five creatures at maximum: one original drop and four extra drops through the new system.

New Commands

• Added the !promotion command, allowing players to purchase the promotion for 20,000 gold.

New Respawns

• Increased the number of respawns in Oramond West Quara Raids, which are now always active.
• Added new minotaur respawn in Oramond East.
• Added werelion respawn.
• Bulltaur Lair is now available, featuring Bulltaur Brute, Bulltaur Alchemist, and Bulltaur Forgepriest monsters.
• Nimmersatt's Breeding Ground is now available, featuring Dragolisk, Mega Dragon, and Wardragon monsters. (Note: The boss is still under development and will be added soon.)

Store Updates

• Added the Supreme Cube to the store for 500 Tibia Coins. This item allows players to teleport to their city temple and house.

NPC Updates

• Added Dealer NPC to the third floor of the Thais depot. This NPC sells major tokens, drome pots, and some other interesting items. Be sure to check it out!
• Added the boss Ratmiral to the Teleporter NPC.

Quest Changes

• The level requirement to attempt Magma Bubble has been increased to level 250.
